Free Podcasting Kit for you

Carl Franklin has published a Podcasting kit (via). It will definitely help beginners like me. I heard about Podcasting but i think i should take it seriously. If you are beginner like me first go through his What is Podcast page. The site also lists Podcast Client Software. Carl also does a Podcast named .NetRocks. Wow !!
